Crimes of Fashion: The Awful Truth

My new headshot

Another great preview clip from Lifetime Movie Network. Cast members of the film adaptations of my Killer Hair and Hostile Makeover reveal startling true-life Crimes of Fashion from out of their own pasts! (And closets.) Killer Hair will premiere on LMN this Sunday, June 21, at 8 pm Eastern time. I can't wait to see it with a group of supportive friends! And check out the feature story on Killer Hair by reporter Bill Keveney in today's edition of USA Today, section D, page 11. (They didn't use my photo, but I bought extra copies anyway.)

(still miffed that, being in England, I won't get to see it, and that none of the preview clips you've posted will work for me... grumble grump, mutter etc.)

I am so sorry you can't see the clips! I don't know why. If it's any consolation, we have shifted to digital TV here, and we used to have seven stations, now we have only two usable stations! Groan. I think the whole thing is a scam. Cheers.

I think some clips are only viewable form the country of origin (I don't understand the technicalities of it but there have been other clips posted by people on my LJ friendslists that only people in the US could view)

Ugh! Your digital TV system seems even worse than ours - we have access to many many chanels, but the technology won't talk to our video recorders so I don't get to watch stuff we've recorded any more as I can't just pop the cassette out of the video recorder in the living-room (where the digital receiver is) and put it into the video-player in my sewing-room to playback while I'm working on costumes.

It seems we'd have to pay a fortune (and put up with the mess and disruption) of rewiring the house in order to connect the TV in the sewing room to the digital reciever in the livingroom in order to watch the recordings direct from the digital receiver.....{sigh}

Scam - a worldwide technology company conspiracy type scam.

We're going to buy an antenna this week, but they've been sold out.Seems like there is an incredible need. Yuck, I hate to be at the mercy of these fiends.
There is a company that is handling the movies internationally. When I have more information, I'll share it here. Best of luck.

I caught the first movie and I thought it was great! I worried that the actors wouldn't match what I had in my head, but they all did a wonderful job. I also noticed a certain redhead in one of the street scenes. That must have been fun. I can't wait til next Sunday to see Hostile Makeover. Is there any chance the studio will pick up the options for your other books?

Yeah, it was fun having my brief moment on the screen. Got a lot of laughs from my friends. As for future movies, I think we have to wait for further developments.
